Brief

Juno Developments approached We Are 778 to brand their latest flagship property development, The Cosmopolitan.

This consists of 80 one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments as well as a concierge area, gym and rooftop garden.

Contemporary facilities, along with a fashionable location, aim to attract young working professionals.

Approach

Our design needed to create a sense of energy and excitement. But also promote all new properties as contemporary, as instructed by the client.

This concept was initially inspired by the clean lines and symmetrical build of The Cosmopolitan building.

 

Result

The resulting design nods to the kaleidoscopic, acting as a metaphor for the rich cultures, attitudes and experiences shared by residents at The Cosmopolitan.

The ability to interlock independent pieces to construct a new whole creates multiple orientations. Ultimately representing the coming together of dynamic people at this new development.
