Key Drummond Estate Agents, based in Canford Cliffs, Parkstone and Ashley Cross across Poole, Dorset, received a contemporary, upmarket rebrand from the We Are 778 creative team. We were tasked with changing the perception of a ‘dated band’, transforming it into something more in-keeping with the high-end service Key Drummond provides presently.

This objective was achieved via the design and delivery of a clean, articulate logo. Letterforms from the company name were combined to create a bespoke emblem that was distinct enough to stand alone, without the need of text and title. This logo’s simple, symmetrical build offers the advantage of being wholly scalable – becoming a great device for a forward-thinking companies, such as Key Drummond Estate Agents, who look to promote their services via current marketing platforms.

The resulting logo design also helped to progress the rest of Key Drummond’s Marketing and Corporate Identity. This included the design and print of branded Corporate Stationery – notably luxury bonded business cards that featured bronze foiling and print of metallic inks on GF Smith Colorplan stock.
